The inaugural MoonPay X Games League season came to an unforgettable conclusion this weekend at the X Games League Championship in New Orleans, where the world's best skateboarders and BMX athletes battled for individual medals and the first-ever XGL team championship.
Action Sports Law Group athletes once again delivered an incredible performance, earning 10 X Games medals across BMX and skateboarding, including three gold medals, three silver medals, and four bronze medals. The championship also featured one of the most exciting team finishes of the season, as XC New York edged out XC Tokyo on the final run of the final event to capture the inaugural X Games League Championship.

Miharu Ozawa (Japan- XC Tokyo)
Stake Women's BMX Park
After earning gold in Chiba, Miharu proved it was no fluke by capturing another gold medal in New Orleans. Her consistency throughout the inaugural XGL season established her as one of the premier BMX Park riders in the world.
Brandon Loupos (Australia- Free Agent)
Stake BMX Dirt Best Trick
Brandon once again demonstrated why he is regarded as one of the most innovative riders in BMX, claiming gold in BMX Dirt Best Trick with another world class performance.
Momiji Nishiya (Japan- XC New York)
Monster Energy Women's Skateboard Street Best Trick
Momiji continued her incredible run by winning gold in Women's Street Best Trick. One of the most decorated street skateboarders of her generation, she once again showcased the technical precision and creativity that have made her a global star.

Toa Sasaki (Japan- XC Tokyo)
Monster Energy Men's Skateboard Street
Toa earned a breakthrough silver medal against one of the deepest street skateboarding fields in the world, continuing his rise as one of Japan's brightest young stars.
Momiji Nishiya (Japan- XC New York)
Monster Energy Women's Skateboard Street
In addition to her Best Trick gold, Momiji also captured silver in Women's Street, making it another outstanding weekend with two medals.
Yumeka Oda (Japan- XC Tokyo)
Monster Energy Women's Skateboard Street Best Trick
Yumeka added a silver medal in Best Trick, further cementing her place among the world's elite street skateboarders.
🥉 Bronze Medalists
Yumeka Oda (Japan- XC Tokyo)
Monster Energy Women's Skateboard Street
Yumeka completed an impressive double podium weekend by also earning bronze in Women's Street.
Egoitz Bijueska (Spain- Free Agent)
Stake Men's Skateboard Park
Fresh off his gold medal in Chiba, Egoitz added another X Games medal with a bronze in Men's Skateboard Park, capping an outstanding inaugural XGL season.
Coco Yoshizawa (Japan- XC Tokyo)
Monster Energy Women's Skateboard Street Best Trick
Coco continued her remarkable consistency by earning bronze in Women's Street Best Trick against another stacked international field.
Boyd Hilder (Australia- Free Agent)
Monster Energy BMX Street
Boyd rounded out the medal haul with bronze in BMX Street, adding yet another X Games medal to his already impressive career.
A Season to Remember
Watching our clients compete throughout the inaugural X Games League season has been incredibly rewarding. Many of these athletes recently obtained their U.S. work authorization through P-1 visas prepared by Action Sports Law Group, allowing them to compete throughout the United States during this historic first XGL season.
From Sacramento, to Chiba, to New Orleans, our athletes consistently found themselves on the podium, proving once again that they belong among the very best in action sports.

The team championship could not have had a more dramatic finish.
Entering the final day, XC Tokyo and XC New York were separated by just a handful of points. After three days of incredible competition, XC New York secured the inaugural X Games League Championship on the final run of the final event, earning the league trophy and the $500,000 championship prize. It was a fitting conclusion to one of the most exciting seasons action sports has ever seen.
